I must admit, I enjoy the Reef Net salmon so much more than the Copper River salmon (or any other fresh, wild salmon, from anywhere). We’ve been working with the crew over at Lummi Island Wild for a few years now, and I get so excited when July comes around, and all I can think about is the fresh Reef Net Sockeye. Thank you to Riley, and everyone else there, for providing such a terrific (and sustainable) experience!
