TASTE Restaurant has partnered with Salmon-Safe to host the next Taste of the Northwest Farm Dinner. Portland-based Salmon-Safe is a non-profit that’s dedicated to restoring agricultural and urban watersheds in order to preserve the habitat for salmon. Salmon-Safe also offers a certification program for fish-friendly farms and vineyards. We will feature Nash’s Organic Produce, Hedlin Farms, and Thundering Hooves.
