The Seattle Asian Art Museum just opened the doors to its latest exhibition, Garden and Cosmos: The Royal Paintings of Jodhpur. The quiet of Volunteer Park has made way for the vibrancy and color of this monumental collection, which is on display for the first time in the United States. These paintings were created for the sole enjoyment of the royal courts of Rajasthan and some of the paintings have been viewed only by scholars.

To celebrate this rare exhibit, TASTE is offering some Indian-inspired treats at our Seattle Asian Art Museum Café. Come in for breakfast and enjoy a Morning Glory Chai with a ginger scone or cardamom-brown sugar cookie. Our lunch offerings include hummus, wrap sandwiches and instant organic lentil soup. We also have a cardamom-lime cola that will jolt your senses.

We hope that you will join us for a little TASTE of Maharaja living!
