We’re Off to the International Pinot Nior Celebration

We always look forward to this time of year at TASTE.  The sun is shining, the northwest produce is abundant and the wine will be flowing at the 23rd annual International Pinot Noir Celebration in Western Oregon this weekend.  Like summer camp for food and wine lovers, the IPNC gathers winemakers, grape farmers, restaurant professionals and wine enthusiasts from around the world for three days of special seminars, wine tastings and locally-inspired feasts.

Returning for a third year, the TASTE team is excited to sample some exceptional Pinot Noirs, mingle with wine-lovers and most of all, cook up a storm at one of the Friday/Saturday Winery Lunches.  After our great success at Rex Hill Winery last year, we can’t wait to delight our guests with a multi-course wine-pairing lunch among the grape fields of the surprise vineyard.

Described as “one of the most enjoyable wine weekend in existence,” the International Pinot Noir Celebration is a true treat and we hope that you will join us for the weekend.  But for those of you that cannot make it, stay tuned for event pictures and interviews with Executive Chef Craig Hetherington next week.
