Report from Quillasascut Farm School

We’ve mentioned here before that TASTE loves the Quillasacut Farm School in Rice, Wash. Last year, TASTE Restaurant manager, Michelle Clair, sous chef, Zack Chamberlain, and pastry chef, Lucy Damkoehler spent a week on the farm to experience first-hand what it had to offer.
