Pastry Chef Lucy at The Sanctuary


TASTE’s Pastry Chef Lucy Damkoehler had a very exciting Sunday evening! She was selected to contribute dessert for an exclusive gourmet dinner hosted at The Sanctuary in Capitol Hill .

Tonight, fans of Top Chef can taste the dishes Robin Leventhal (Of Crave and Top Chef) made for Padma Laskshmi and the other judges, including: “Bad Jew Pork 5 Ways”, as well as the winning three-ingredient dish: duck breast with braised fennel golden raisin chutney, fennel chip and a fennel emulsion.
