TASTE Bids Farewell to Michelangelo – Now Until Jan 31st

TASTE is celebrating the final 3 weeks of Michelangelo “Public & Private”  now at the Seattle Art Museum until January 31st, with an inspired  4-course TASTE of Michelangelo dinner menu created by Executive Chef Craig and Pastry Chef Lucy.

grilled radicchio  |  spaghetti carbonara  |  fish stew  |  dolci di TASTE

 grilled radicchio  |  warm fennel, beecher’s blank slate, focaccia crouton

spaghetti carbonara | egg yolk, salumi’s guanciale, parmigiano reggiano, arugula

fish stew  |  fennel tomato broth, manila clams, mussels, ling cod, grilled bread

dolci di TASTE   |  lemon cannoli, winter squash crostata, hazelnut gelato

All items are available a la carte Wednesday – Saturday Until Jan 31st, 5-10pm
