Introducing the Pernod POM Cocktail!

Pernod POM Cocktail

Seattle Art Museum presents SAM Remix, an evening of music, art,
performance and energy. In that festive communal spirit,
The TASTE Restaurant & Events bartending team and Pernod Absinthe
all pitched in to create this REMIX cocktail, lending fresh mint to the eclecticblend of pomegranate and lime. When you top this blend with
Pernod Absinthe, you end up with something truly inspirational.

3/4 ounces Pernod Absinthe
3/4 ounces pomegranate puree
3/4 ounces mint syrup
1/4 ounces fresh lime juice
club soda to fill the glass
Lime wedge garnish

Pour absinthe, pomegranate puree, mint syrup and lime juice into a tall
glass over ice cubes. Top off cocktail with club soda and garnish with a
lime wedge.
