You are invited to TASTE Restaurant’s Mountain Dome Sparkling Wine Brunch on Sunday, March 28th at 12pm.

Experience a delicious, locally-inspired 4-course brunch paired with delightful NW sparkling wines from Mountain Dome Winery and the TASTING ROOM.

Tiny, tiny bubbles, fine body and depth, and the nose has hints of tangerine rind, honeysuckle, freshly backed croissant, and vanilla. Flavors dance in the mouth and range from apple, pear, and creamy starfruit to spicy citrus and white peach

 Mountain Dome 2004 Brut – Columbia Valley AVA

2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay

generous aromas of apples and brioche, and a fresh, citrus-driven, yeast-kissed pineapple palate

85% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, a blend of two vintages

100% French oak barrels   l   40% malolatic   l   4-5 years in tirage   l   .09% residual sugar

A sophisticated sparkler with apple, pear and spice flavors and hints of hazelnuts and cream.

A long finish with distinct hints of toasted hazelnuts.

65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, a blend of two vintages

100% French oak barrels   l   50% malolatic   l   4 years in tirage   l   1% residual sugar

clear light-gold wine with an active and persistent bubble stream. There’s juicy white fruit and crisp,

fresh and lingering acidity; it’s not bone-dry, there’s just a hint of fresh fruit sweetness.
