Seattle Restaurant Week – April 18th-29th

TASTE Restaurant is happy to announce that we will be joining forces with Seattle and Eastside area restaurants, and well as seattletimes.com, to  take part in the inaugural  Seattle Restaurant Week.

TASTE will be offering a prix fixe 3-course dinner for $25 beginning April 18th and running through April 29th (Sunday-Thursday).

Starters:

stokesberry cured duck breast   l   frisee, fresh herbs, white balsamic vinegar

 quillisascut chevre flan   l   sautéed rhubarb, chives, arugula

 fresh thyme gnocchi   l   sweet cream, nettles

Main:

stokesberry duck leg confit   l   baby beets & their greens, chocolate gastrique

 braised carlton farms pork   l   baby turnips, yukon puree, fennel fronds

 risotto & morels   l   morel brodo, pine nuts, red dandelion

Dessert:

rhubarb almond parfait   l   orange crunch, almond tapioca, rhubarb conserve

 double chocolate mint ice cream sandwich   l   peanut brittle

 yogurt bread french toast   l   vanilla ice cream, concord grape soda
