Summer Splash! Winemaker Dinner – June 19th & 20th

Sometimes too many chefs in the kitchen is a good thing…

TASTE Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Craig Hetherington, has teamed up with Chef Dalis Chea, of Fresh Bistro, for our summer Splash! Winemaker Dinner to support the amazing McCrea Cellars.

We wanted to collaborate with the team at Fresh Bistro to celebrate our common respect for sustainable ingredients and our enthusiasm for McCrea Cellars. The executive chefs, pastry chefs and sous chefs of both restaurants have created a singular menu that will be served at each restaurant on consecutive nights. We invite you to experience the 5-course prix-fixe dinner, with pairings from McCrea Cellars, on Saturday, June 19, at TASTE Restaurant and Sunday, June 20, at Fresh Bistro at 6pm. Chefs Hetherington and Shea as well as Bob and Susan Neel from McCrea will share their inspirations for this collaboration. The cost is $89 per person plus tax and gratuity.
