Women’s Funding Alliance “Art of Dining” – May 6

Tonight, the Ladies of TASTE will be taking part in the 18th Annual Women’s Funding Alliance “Art of Dining” event, benefitting WFA’s critical work of creating social change for women and girls in the Puget Sound region. With Pastry Chef Lucy and TASTE Director Danielle Custer leading the team, we will be serving up an incredible Rhubarb influenced dinner for an amazing cause.

The Ladies of TASTE Celebrate Spring Rhubarb

Rhubarb stalks of spring

Strong, tart, her essence beguiles

Loves sugar or spice

1st course – port madison chevre tart   |   goat yogurt, pickled rhubarb, rhubarb-beet reduction

2nd course – soup & salad duo   |   cauliflower puree & rhubarb oil   |    minor lettuce, ennis hazelnuts, pickled cherries, rhubarb gelee.

3rd course – skagit river ranch pork belly   |   potato gratin, rhubarb gastrique

Dessert – rhubarb panna cotta trifle   |  maple blossom black pepper tapioca,  pistachio baklava, orange curd
