Remix Cocktail!

Seattle Art Museum presents SAM Remix, an evening of music, art,
performance and energy. In that festive communal spirit,
the TASTE Restaurant & Events bartending team and Pernod Absinthe
all pitched in to create this REMIX cocktail celebrating the evening.

The Mojito is a delicious and refreshing drink and we’ve found using Pernod Absinthe in place of rum creates an exciting flavor combination.

1805 Mint Smash aka Pernito

MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

½  ounce Pernod Absinthe
½  ounce fresh lime juice
½  ounce mint syrup
4 mint leaves
club soda to fill the glass                                                                                           Lime wedge garnish

Combine absinthe, lime juice, mint,  and mint syrup into a mixing
glass over ice cubes, shake and pour into serving cup. Top off cocktail with club soda and garnish with a lime wedge.
