What TASTE is Serving Up at the OSP Farmers Market – Aug 5th

Its Thursday! You know what that means: the Olympic Sculpture Park Farmers Market is today!

This Week’s Farmers Market Shoppers will enjoy:

  • A special demonstration by TASTE Event’s very own Catering Chef, Paul Rosquita, who will show how to make Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls with Fruit Sweet and Sour Sauce, using spinach, basil, carrots, peppers and cilantro – Yum!
  • Swing by the TASTE market booth where Chef Craig will be serving up this week’s seasonal plate featuring Loki Fish Co. pink salmon salad with fresh herbs, roasted beets, baby potatoes, and extra virgin olive oil served with a piece of grilled garlic, $7
  • Don’t forget dessert! Shoppers can enjoy Pastry Chef Lucy’s Red Velvet Cake Doughnuts featuring beets from Stoney Plains Organic Farms, $5 for half a dozen
  • Hang out in the TASTE Liquid Lounge and sip on this week’s seasonal cocktail:     Fresh Peach and Sage Honey Margarita, featuring Billy’s Organic Produce, $7
  • As well as a special wine tasting area with NW focused wines: Mountain Dome Sparkling Rose, TASTE’s own Masterpiece White, Cadaretta SBS  and Foris “Fly Over Red”,  $5 tasting fee
