TASTE Hosts California Olive Oil Event

TASTE Restaurant has partnered with award-winning author, Fran Gage, of the Les Dames d’Escoffier’s San Francisco Chapter for an educational event on California olive oil.

Gage will lead a seminar on olive oil-making techniques and discuss differences in taste, indicators of quality, tips on storing, and food and olive oil pairings. Following the seminar and book signing, TASTE Restaurant will host a 4-course meal featuring dishes by Fran Gage, TASTE Director, Danielle Custer, TASTE executive chef, Craig Hetherington, and TASTE pastry chef, Lucy Damkoehler.
