The New American Olive Oil Workshop, Tasting and Dinner – Oct 2

TASTE Restaurant has partnered with award-winning author Fran Gage, of the Les Dames d’Escoffier’s San Francisco, for an educational event on California olive oil! Reserve your spot now!

Schedule of Events: 

Beginning at 3pm, Dame Fran Gage, author of “The New American Olive Oil” will be presenting a workshop and olive-oil tasting of California extra-virgin olive oils at the Seattle Art Museum’s Alvord Boardroom for $45 per person, followed by a Book Signing at TASTE Restaurant from 4:30-6pm. 

At 6pm, enjoy a four-course California extra-virgin olive oil-themed dinner collaboration with Gage and TASTE’s Executive Chef Craig Hetherington, all featuring a specific type of California extra virgin olive oil. $85 per person, tax and tip inclusive.
