What’s in the CSA?

In the winter months, Boisfort Farms scales back their CSA program to monthly deliveries  instead of weekly.  The boxes are are bigger & packed with root vegetables, hearty greens & yummy extras like bread & cheese.  This past delivery inspired General Manager Danielle Custer to create this Roasted Winter Vegetable Stew.  The Osaka seaweed salt & cinnamon add a depth of flavor to the veggies for a hearty but healthy dish.
