Lucy’s Black and Tan Ice Cream Sandwich

How are we celebrating St. Paddy’s Day at TASTE Restaurant this year?  With Ice Cream and Beer! Introducing Pasty Chef Lucy’s Black and Tan Ice Cream Cake, now found on her dessert menu.

Lucy’s love of Pike Brewing Company’s  Kilter Lifter, combined with the beer-devoted  holiday that is St. Patrick’s Day, help inspired her  to create this fun spin on drink made famous for blending together a pale ale and a dark beer, such as a stout or a porter.

This very ‘adult’  ice cream sandwich includes delicious homemade  pretzels, sweet mustard sauce and, above all else, ice cream featuring Pike’s Entire Wood Aged Stout and Kilter Scotch Ale.

Looking to celebrate this year’s holiday the right way? Look no further. TASTE Restaurant and Lucy’s Black and Tan Ice Cream Sandwich will definitely do the trick.

Green shamrocks and pots of gold, sold separately.

TASTE  Responsibly!
