Seattle Restaurant Week – April 10-21

Dine out and celebrate spring with Seattle Restaurant Week!

TASTE Restaurant is excited to be participating in the 2nd annual celebration of dining out in Seattle and the Eastside and will be offering a prix fixe 3-course dinner for $28 beginning April 10 and running through April 21, 2011! (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Starters:

stokesberry chicken liver mousse  |  crostini, pickled cherries, celery leaves 

cinnamon beets and paneer  |  beet greens, curried hazelnuts, frisee

nettle & ricotta gnocchi  |  whole grain mustard, smoked bacon, baby spinach

entrée

duck leg confit  |  celeriac puree, rhubarb gastrique, icicle radishes

beer and bay brined pork chop  |  nutmeg spiced brussel sprouts, creamy corn grits

willamette fontina risotto  |  morel jus, foraged mushrooms, dandelion greens

sweet

the candy bar  |  fried rice crisp, chocolate chip orbit cake, cashews, liquid praline, malt powder

olive oil cake & ice cream  |  pistachio buttercream, rose gelée, honeycomb

mulled punch float  |  cinnamon ice cream, vanilla spiced whoopie pie
