Final Friday Neighborhood Spirit Tasting – March 25th

What’s the difference between Mezcal and Tequila? Well, you’re about to find out! Join us on Friday, March 25th for our Neighborhood Spirit tasting featuring El Zacatecano Mezcal. Swing by between 5-6:30pm for this exciting tasting experience.

For a $10 tasting fee, guests will receive a tasting flight of Mezcal, a craft cocktail created by TASTE Bartender Duncan Chase, as well as a few delicious bites from the kitchen.

March Tasting Notes

Blanco

clean, steely, limestone, citrus

Best food pairings:

  • Crème fraiche
  • Smokey ham, jambon
  • Lime
  • Crab
  • Cilantro / thyme

 Resposado

Beach, bon fire, saline, orange, buttered bread, cream puffs, French toast

Best food pairings:

  • Sharp cheddar
  • Basil
  • Ham / smoky
  • Citrus – orange

Anjeo

coffee (beans), caramel, butterscotch, nougat, honey combe, petrol, oily almonds (marcona)

Best food pairings:

  • Vanilla cream / custard
  • Cinnamon / oatmeal
  • Cocoa nib (small amounts)
  • Rojo honey
  • Cashew / almonds
