Save the Date! April’s Neighborhood Wine Tasting – April 29

Our Neighborhood “Last Friday of the Month” Wine Tasting is taking place on Friday, April 29th.  Get ready for Spring with a fun and interactive wine tasting experience at TASTE Restaurant. Join us anytime between 5-6:30pm for a guided tasting experience featuring one of our favorite NW Wineries, Brian Carter Cellars. In addition, we are so excited to have wine maker Brian Carter himself on hand answering any questions you may have about his wine!

For a $10 tasting fee, our guests will receive 2  glasses of wine, detailed information and discussions on the wines tasted, a small savory bite from TASTE Restaurant after each flight as well as a  sweet bite upon leaving the tasting. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase some of our finest small production wine at a special retail price. Should guests be interested in joining us for dinner, we would honor the purchase any of the featured wines at the reduced retail purchase price and waive any corkage fee.

One hint we can give you in the meantime:  We currently have one Brian Carter wine option on our TASTE Restaurant menu and we’re pretty sure its going to be sampled, along with 3 other wine choices, at our Tasting.  Which one? Read below!

Oriana  (Latin for ‘golden lady’)
Uniquely Aromatic White Wine Blend

“Oriana utilizes two grapes originally from the Rhone Valley of France. The core variety, Viognier, is  rich in aromas of peaches and apricots and Roussanne deepens the peach character and adds a hint of melons. Then blend is finished with Riesling to add a touch of pears and apple blossoms. This richly textured wine finishes with food friendly acidity.”

Stay tuned!
