Pastry Chef Lucy’s Blog Love

Once again, our sweet Pastry Chef Lucy and her delicious doughnuts have made the blog rounds!

Back in April,  Lucy presented her latest doughnuts to a room full of chefs, farmers, and food lovers at the Seattle Chef’s Collaborative Bakers’ Meet and Greet and TASTE’s parent company,  Bon Appétit Management Company, featured the event on their latest blog post.

The post includes details on how Lucy (along with the TASTE culinary team) source  ingredients from local, sustainable producers, as well as the doughnuts Lucy featured weekly at last year’s Farmer’s Market at the Olympic Sculpture Park.
