Tonight, we invite you to see SAM’s Film Series – Earth Angel: The Films of Audrey Hepburn. The film, “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” is the special pick for this evening.

In honor of “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”, TASTE Bartender Duncan Chas has created a delicious specialty cocktail to celebrate the film.

Tiffany’s Fizz:

1 1/2oz Voyager Gin

3/4oz lemon juice

3/4oz simple syrup

2oz 1/2’n1/2

1 organic egg white

Combine all ingredients in a shaker over ice. Add the coil from a strainer and shake vigorously for 45-60 sec., or until ice disapates.  Strain into a champagne flute and garnish with a lemon twist.
