Farewell, Sweet Lucy D!

The TASTE Culinary Team has experienced a bit of change in the Kitchen recently. Our beloved Pastry Chef Lucy Damkoehler  has taken the Pasty Chef position at Mistral Kitchen. As many of you know, Lucy’s delicious sweet treats have been whimsical  contributions to both the TASTE Restaurant menus as well as the Catering menus over the last 3 years.

Lucy’s twist on her favorite childhood treats brought to life her famous desserts, such as the ice cream sandwiches made with peanut butter cookies and Concord grape ice cream, her scrumptious doughnuts that have been featured over the last two summers at the Olympic Sculpture Parks Thursday Nights in the Park and Jones Soda floats, made with housemade ice cream (always a hit with our brides!)

Sweet Lucy D – although we hate to say farewell, we wish you the best of luck in your new kitchen and we can’t wait to visit you!
