Meet Pastry Chef Will!

We want to welcome Will Fausser into the TASTE family.

Fausser is our new pastry chef and we open our arms, hearts and stomachs to his amazing, elegant and delectable desserts!

How did Fausser get so talented, you may ask?

After attending culinary school in Arizona at Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Fausser gained his knowledge & expertise working in several restaurants & receiving guidance & mentorship from Maxime Bouneou who  influenced Fausser when they worked together at La Posada de Santa Fe Resort and Spa. Fausser dedicates a lot of what he learned to Bouneou.

In his previous jobs, Will worked hard to keep the ingredients for his dishes local, we are so excited to have him on board and  share in that philosophy; nourishing our community of guests with great food made from the best local ingredients in an inviting atmosphere while minimizing the impact on our environment. Sounds like the perfect addition to our team!
