This Week’s Seasonal Menu


Last night, our team got together once again to discuss the changes in our menu. It was a ‘treat’ because our Pastry Chef, Will Fausser, joined in on our meeting. Starting today, we decided that our dessert menu will change weekly.  It is our way to show our guests that we are conscientious of the seasonal effects on our  ingredients. In addition, we are dedicated to supporting the farmers and locally owned businesses.

Chef Will is very meticulous when creating his dessert dishes and it shows. His  two new items on the menu for this week are nut free – The Pumpkin Spice Bread & the Quince Tarlet. Both delectably delicious!
